Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

  • Strong familiarity with Digital channels (social, mobile, video).
  • Social Media • Manage executive responsible for Social Media Activities.
  • Manage all social media properties (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube & other platforms as required), including daily monitoring, posting, content development, advertising, contests & promotions.
  • Design or rework social media and media assets for market.
  • Take & edit original photographs for use on social media platforms.
  • Be in the know & introduce/manage new social media properties.
  • Search Engine Optimization Manage executive responsible for SEO activities.
  • Partner with internal resources and external agencies to develop an engaged fan base across the relevant social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement ground-breaking and leading strategies for building overall social media presence, audience, across all relevant platforms.
  • Tracking digital marketing performance.
  • Coordinate with the Web team to develop and optimize key digital assets, including the corporate website, any ongoing campaign microsites and landing pages.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Conversion Optimization Manager to create relevant and high-converting landing pages, ads, and assets that align with all digital campaigns Collaborate with Marketing & Manager to establish standards for measuring and benchmarking the effectiveness of social media practices in order to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage/produce content for the web/online as needed, including editing content from others.
  • Devise and execute strategies to drive online traffic with the purpose of lead generation, sponsor and donor acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • The position reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with the Digital Sales Director to create and execute digital materials to support our Ad Sales team and other company initiatives.
  • Drive customized and scalable creative marketing solutions by leveraging multiple brand assets including digital, mobile, tablet, and native solutions.
  • Plan and execute delivery of online content including emails, web stories, blogs, and e-newsletters.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, remarketing, social network advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, ) and content marketing.
  • Maintain awareness of trends, technologies and industry standards.
  • Ensure to provide training related to product and skill development on time time basis to internal team and Clients.
  • To conduct Seminar /host Seminar related to product and other object as based on company requirement.
  • Communication - Clear communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to distil an idea into an elevator pitch.
  • Highly analytical – Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to turn empirical data into insightful, strategic business decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, remarketing, Social Media, social network advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook),HTML, Google Analytics, content marketing, Online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels, CSS, Website analytics tools, Web development.
